Get Your Vacation Body Ready

My family is going to Cancun this spring break, but I don't feel comfortable wearing a swim suit in front of a bunch of strangers. Here is my vacation body workouts and diets!

Workouts 

First work out: 
The deck of cards; you shuffle the deck and pick four different exercises (you should usually pick one for the legs, one for the arms, one for the stomach and one for the butt, so that ways you get everything worked out). You set each work out to one of the specific card (spades, clubs, diamonds and hearts). Then you just go through each card doing the work out as many times as the number on the card. Repeat this once every day, 5 times a week. 

Second Work Out (the make it yourself):
Pick one of your favorite songs. Choose a couple different exercises and decide how many times you want to do that. Play the song on loop 5 times and and do it every day of the week.

Diets

First Diet:
All Hard Boiled Eggs; boil A LOT of eggs and only eat them for breakfast, lunch, two snack times and dinner. Throughout the day drink 8-9 glasses of water.

Second Diet:
Don't drink your calories; If you have trouble with eating healthy, then dedicate yourself to ONLY having water. It will get you in the habit of not drinking sugary drinks. 

Third Diet:
No fruits/red meats; if you can't help yourself from eating carbs or sugary drinks, have absolutely no fruits or red meat. Fruits have a lot of sugars (and they are super expensive) and red meats have a lot of fat and raise cholesterol level. 

If you are planning on going on a vacation or just want a great body, try these diets or workouts as soon as possible. You won't regret it!
